What do I do if I have lost or damaged a book?

Please contact the Library as soon as possible.

You may be asked to replace the book or pay the replacement cost, if your book is:

• Late / overdue
• Lost
• Damaged beyond repair
• Returned with parts missing (i.e. the accompanying CD-ROM or DVD is missing)
