Unfortunately, there's no way to automatically remove duplicates from your results when you're in a database. However, you can use a reference management tool to store your references and then use the built-in features to remove any duplicates that you may have.
There is a Library Guide for reference managers that lists the various options and it would be a good idea to try a couple before deciding which one meets your needs.
