Your borrower number - also known as your P number - is the number that begins with the letter 'P' on your student card.

It is located just underneath your name.

It is not the same as your student number, which is located underneath your photo.

You will need this number when collecting any reservations.

Items on the reservations shelf are organised into sections by the first four digits of your P number, then the paper slip on the inside of your reserved items includes the first six digits of your P number.
