Books can be returned to a library within opening hours via one of the self-service machines, or at some campuses via a book drop box:

Kedleston Road - Either via the self service machines or the drop-off bin outside the Main Entrance.

One Friar Gate Square - A locker style returns bin which will also discharge the books from your account.

Devonshire Dome - Via the self service machine within the entrance of the library.

Leek Hub - Either via the self service machine, located within the entrance to the Hub or the book drop box, located just outside the entrance for when the library is closed.

Britannia Mill - A locker style returns bin which will also discharge the books from your account.

Chesterfield - A locker style returns bin which will also discharge the books from your account.

Nuclear Skills Academy - There is a book locker with an integrated returns bin.
