Reservations are normally processed within 24 hours (excluding weekends and bank holidays).
However, there are a number of reasons why a reservation might take a little longer than usual, for example:
- There is a queue for the item
- The previous borrower has failed to return the item on time
- The item is missing/damaged
- The item is being transported from another site.
You will receive an email to your Unimail as soon as your item is ready for collection.
